To measure the progress of the seeker, a tick sheet is used. When the seeker successfully completes a day without intentionally committing any of the sins listed on the sheet, they can place a tick. If a sin is commited, a cross is placed and they will have to start from the beginning. They will progress to the next sheet when they complete 30 consecutive days. |
